As a resident with permissions granted by the gated community administrators, you’ll have a section in the app where you can select guests from your phone’s contact list to allow access. You can define the specific days, time ranges, and even set recurring access for frequent visitors like contractors or family members.
The system will send an invitation link via text message to your selected visitors. They will complete a simple registration process that includes providing basic personal and vehicle information. A great feature is that your visitors won’t need to download the app for this registration, making the onboarding process easy and straightforward.
