Vehicle and Access Information: Vehicle details such as license plate, make, model, and year; the printed PRHT number on your Marbete Digital and its associated electronic credential; and the account and access permissions linked to that vehicle. Depending on the features you use, we also process invitations, vehicle documents you submit, explanations, and approval history.
Access Activity: Credential readings, entry and exit events, dates and times, recording locations and lanes, and the people, vehicles, permissions, and actions associated with those events. A credential reading alone does not establish that a vehicle entered a location.
Device Information: Information about your device, such as the device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Data: Information about your interactions with the app, including the features you use, pages visited, and your activity within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide and improve the functionality of the Easy Entry app.
To recognize registered vehicles, manage invitations and access permissions, review applicable vehicle approvals, and operate access control at participating locations.
To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
To analyze and improve our app’s performance and user experience.
To send notifications or updates related to the app.
To comply with legal obligations or enforce our terms of service.

How We Use Your Marbete Digital Number

We use the printed PRHT number to identify your vehicle’s credential and associate it with your vehicle and access permissions in Easy Entry. Easy Entry is an independent service and is not affiliated with CESCO or any government agency. We do not use this number to consult government records or access your CESCO account.

The PRHT number is a vehicle credential identifier, not a password. When linked to your account, vehicle, or access history, we handle it as part of your information under this policy. Registering a Marbete Digital does not by itself approve entry; each location’s permissions and applicable approval requirements still apply.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following situations:

Access-Control Workflows: With authorized location administrators, security personnel, and other users participating in the relevant invitation, vehicle, or access workflow. The information available depends on their role, permissions, and relationship to the location or access record.
Service Providers: With providers that support the operation of Easy Entry, including hosting, account authentication, data storage, notifications, and communications.
Access-Control Equipment: Relevant credentials and access permissions are synchronized with equipment at participating locations so it can recognize vehicles and enforce permissions, including during internet interruptions.
With your consent.
To comply with legal obligations, regulations, or court orders.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of Easy Entry, its users, or the public.
In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet or storage system is entirely secure.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Removing a vehicle from your active vehicle list does not automatically erase historical access events or approval and audit records associated with it. For requests concerning your personal information, including deletion, please contact us using the address below.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can do this by contacting us at the email address provided below. You may also have the right to object to certain data processing activities or withdraw your consent.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy within the Easy Entry app or on our website.
